Director Alexandra Pärn (born 03.10.2000) graduated from the Baltic Film, Media, and Arts School (BFM) at Tallinn University in 2024, specializing in film directing. Throughout film school, she participated in workshops on script analysis and actor directing with Ian Sellar, Judith Weston, Tanel Toom, and Elen Lotman. The short films made during her studies, "Smalltown Miss" (2022), "Christmas Day" (2023) and graduation movie "Happy Things" (2024) have successfully participated in many festivals (PÖFF Shorts, Cottbus Filmfestival, Ale Kino!, Filem’On, Münster Filmfestival, Fish Filmfestival, Weihnachtsfilmfestival Berlin, Ińskie Lato Filmowe,  among others) and have received significant attention and won awards. She has also been working as a freelance AD in multiple films and TV series and is currently working at a casting agency as a casting director.
